    Nature of ComplaintsI bought MTS after claiming the promise of unlimited high speed internet. I was located in Kodambakkam and my internet speed is 20 to 30 kbps And I used it in Vadapalani and I am getting around 512 kbps! And I have also updated the datacard software as directed. It is one month now after taking MTS India internet and have registered more than 50 calls to the customer care team and I have got no response. Everytime I was told the problem will be resolved in 48hrs but there was no change in my issue or no feedback call from customer care. I have paid Rs.999.00 for connection and Rs.750.00 monthly bill without using proper internet. Kindly help me.

  • Complaint TitleMr.Anup Datta vs Mobile Store
    Nature of ComplaintsMy complaint is against the "Mobile Store" and "Sony Ericson". Its very clear from the trailing communication exchanged that Sony Ericson and the Mobile Store sold me a mobile handset which was defective from the beginning and also probably was based on a wrong design, the reason they discontinued to support the system so early & virtually never worked. Now Sony Ericson have refused to even repair the set citing out of production & spares not available as the reason. Mobile Store also denied to extend any help. I want to lodge a complaint against both of them for willingly cheating me of my money and selling useless and wrong product. I request CAI to take up this matter and get me a proper justice.

    Nature of ComplaintsI recharged Local and STD tariff voucher Rs.888.00 through Tata Docomo website. The Plan was All Local mobile secs to any Network at 0paise by sec. All STD mobile calls at 1.6paise by sec and validity for 28 days. After the mobile recharged, I made call with 3 more hours duration. Each and every call they deduct my balance. I realized after sometime when my balance got reduced. So that I forwarded a call to customer care complaint department and they told me that there is no updation regarding my recharge and asked me to call after 2 hours. They are ready to refund my deducted amount which was during my last 3 more hours. Since for the customer care communication I have wasted my precious time for 2 hours. I request CAI to take necessary steps to solve my problem.

    Nature of ComplaintsI am 72 years old and I want to dispose my various properties as i live alone. One of my house was occupied by the District Consumer Forum for past 20 years. I have given notice to the forum in March, 2012 to vacate my house, although frequently I am sending reminders to them to vacate the house, but they have not turned up. As I am getting old it is necessary for me to settle this issue as early as possible. I shall be grateful if CAI can help me convince the forum to vacate the house.

    Nature of ComplaintsI booked 4 tickets through Make my trip for Rs. 30,748.00 I got an invoice stating that I have paid only Rs.23,316.00 After requesting Make my Trip for correct invoice they sent me the document. I cancelled the booking for which they refunded only the partial amount after deducting the cancellation charges. It has been extremely tiresome, time consuming and traumatic experience. They promised me that they will settle the amount with in four days but nothing happened so far. I request CAI to take legal action and get refund of my complete amount without any cancellation charges.

  • Complaint TitleMr. Sai Babu Dhulipal vs NATIONAL TRAVELS
    Nature of ComplaintsOn May 24th I suppose to travel to Madurai in AC Sleeper which was booked through Red Bus through National Travels. I reached well in advance to the stop by 11.00.p.m. and called the number mentioned in the ticket and the receiver of the call responded that driver will call you once he reaches the stop. At last I was given the driver number, but to my shock the driver informed he has already crossed my stop. When I contacted again to the travels there was no proper reply. I missed my trip and entered into lot of mental agony. I request CAI to intervene and get back my refund from the travels.

  • Complaint TitleMrs. Sindhu vs Vodafone
    Nature of ComplaintsI have been using Vodafone mobile service past 8 years now. Myself and my husband use CUG connections respectively. This month I got my bill more than Rs.1000.00 which is unusual, so we checked the itemized bill and came to know that the Vodafone have charged Rs.815.00 for the internet service. I was having internet pack (2G) active on my mobile number which costs Rs.155.00 But they have lifted that pack from my tariff and billed entirely for the internet usage, surprisingly my husbands number still has that internet pack active and its not billed extra. When we contacted the Vodafone customer care, they said they can not help us in this issue, as they had some system refresh or maintenance which erased all datas of individuals. I have paid the bill for which I did?nt use and also for the mistake the Vodafone has done. I kindly request CAI to intervene and do the needful.

  • Complaint TitleMr.K.Venkatakrishnan vs Citi Bank
    Nature of ComplaintsI personally deposited a ING Vysya Bank Cheque on 2nd May? 2015 at Citi Bank ATM Centre, at R.K.Mutt Road. The security confirmed that the cheque deposited at the drop box will be collected by CITI Bank around 10.00a.m everyday except Sunday?s. When it is so the cheque should have been presented for clearance on 2nd May itself, but the cheque has been sent for clearance only on 11th May, 2015. I really don?t know as to why CITI Bank has taken so many days to deposit the cheque for clearance. Because of the delay in presentation, I was charged late payment fee of Rs.112/- . I need CITI Bank to compensate me Rs.1000/- plus the interest charges that was taken from my account

  • Complaint TitleMrs.Selvi Sukumar vs Vibrant Homes.
    Nature of ComplaintsI purchased a FABER HOB GB 30 SSP on 20th Feb, 2014 through Vibrant Homes in Chennai. I had been using the HOB without any problem since then on the evening on 17th April, 2015 when the HOB unit remain switched off all of sudden a breaking noise was heared, when we checked the glass top had shattered and pieces of glass were strewed all around the kitchen. A complaint was registered for the same on 18th April, 2015 with the Vibrant Homes Customer Service. A technician was sent to inspect the damage and he informed that the glass would have to be replaced and it would not be covered under the warranty. An estimate of Rs.4000.00 was given and the technician said that there was no guarantee for the glass and it could break even after getting a new HOB Unit. I need your help to intervene and get me a discount for the service to be done.

I gave my handset to the service centre for 6 to 7 times but no proper solution was found but now it has some serious issue related to battery and charging for which again I handed over to the service centre. On 7th April, 2015, I demanded for the replacement of my device, as service centre was unable to rectify the problem but still service centre did not provide me any replacement.     Nature of ComplaintsI have been prescribed the above medicine through Dr.Jose Jasper of Appollo Hospital, I regret to inform you that the quality of the Capsule Shell was very fragile and not up to the standards. Hence every time I am trying to take a capsule from the blister, the shell is broken and the medicine is scattered without any use. I am forced to waste 80% of the capsule pack of 7nos. Hope you know that each pack cost around Rs.118.00 I need compensation along with the replacement of the same.

    Nature of ComplaintsOn 16th Nov, 2014, myself and my friends visited Eco Cafe restaurant. I ordered for a "Vegetable Pasta Arabitta". Upon consumption of the said pasta I came to realize that said dish served to me was consisted of Chicken. Horrified I pointed out to the staff but the staff responded to me that it is vegetarian only. As I belong to Hindu Brahmin who do not consume anything except permitted food which comprise the Tamil Brahmin Cuisine. The Eco Cafe are liable to pay me a compensation for the material lose and mental frustration cause to me by the apathetic attitude of their staff and the food consumed at their restaurant. I hereby insist that a monetary compensation and apology letter from Eco Cafe.

Further a SMS sent by gas agency that Rs.339.32 has been transferred to my bank account vide cash memo on 23rd Dec, 2014. When I approached the bank they informed that no LPG credit is entered in my SB A/c. The Aadhar card is already submitted to Bank of India on 17th Jan, 2014. As I am a senior citizen, I am unable to go to the bank again and again regarding the credit of the LPG subsides. I request CAI to help me in this matter.

I am also a member of consumer association of India, Chennai-600 041. No.6742. I have purchased Motorola handset V00452 on 13-10-2014 for Rs.12999.00 vide Flip Cart. Tendays back when I start charging the mobile charging does not taken place. Hence, I approached the service centre AP Technologies, Ceebros Complex, Chennai-2 on 31-1-2015. They said that charger connector broken in the Motorola handset and they demand Rs.1200.00 for replacing charger connector and that too they don't have stock at present. But you have gave one year warranty for handset. So, I request you to look into my issue and either give me new handset or director your service centre to fix new connector charger at free of cost at the earliest. I want your reply within a week time. Otherwise I have no option except to approach Consumer Association of India, Chennai-41 to relieve my mental agony.

I request CAI to take necessary action on Chennai Florist to return back the money paid by me through online.

    Nature of ComplaintsI would like to draw to your attention towards this unprincipled way of business by Snap deal. They are cheating customers just to earn few bucks, selling faulty products and cheating in a very organized way. I ordered a TABLET through Snap deal and the product received was not functioning, after my complaint, they refuse to take the ownership of the same and transferred to HCL, and now HCL says that the product has major hardware issue. It seems that they are doing this business of cheating customers in a very professional manner. I request CAI to take a serious action against Snap deal and help in getting my product replaced. I will also appealing to all my friends never to shop any electronic product from Snap deal.

When the service man came to visit he said that the compressor does not cover under warranty. But I accepted to pay the money for the service. Inspite of several calls there was no proper response from the service centre. I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I am also a member of consumer association of India, Chennai-600 041. No.6742. I have purchased Motorola handset V00452 on 13-10-2014 for Rs.12999.00 vide Flip Cart. Tendays back when I start charging the mobile charging does not taken place. Hence, I approached the service centre AP Technologies, Ceebros Complex, Chennai-2 on 31-1-2015. They said that charger connector broken in the Motorola handset and they demand Rs.1200.00 for replacing charger connector and that too they dont have stock at present. But you have gave one year warranty for handset. So, I request you to look into my issue and either give me new handset or director your service centre to fix new connector charger at free of cost at the earliest. I want your reply within a week time. Otherwise I have no option except to approach Consumer Association of India, Chennai-41 to relieve my mental agony.

    Nature of ComplaintsIn 2009, I opened up a policy called Bright Stars for my childs Education in Bharati Axa Life Insurance. Since then I was paying the annual premium for 5 years mandatory pay until 2013 to the total of 2.5LakhINR. Last year the insurance agent from the Bharati Axa tweaked our money through the help of utilizing the authorization given to my father. The agents from Bharati Axa mislead my father and pulled out his consent to proceed. They have been involved in fraudulent activities and their grievance cell management has not taken any steps to protect their customers. I have started living in Canada since 8th July and I am in Permanent Resident status and soon going to achieve Citizenship status. Moreover we do not want to have our policies further. We dont have anymore trust on Bharati Axa, hence we request your legal help to close all our policies and claim our money back.

I realized after sometime when my balance got reduced. So that I forwarded a call to customer care complaint department and they told me that there is no updation regarding my recharge and asked me to call after 2 hours. They are ready to refund my deducted amount which was during my last 3 more hours. Since for the customer care communication I have wasted my precious time for 2 hours. This month I got my bill more than Rs.1000.00 which is unusual, so we checked the itemized bill and came to know that the Vodafone have charged Rs.815.00 for the internet service. I was having internet pack (2G) active on my mobile number which costs Rs.155.00 But they have lifted that pack from my tariff and billed entirely for the internet usage, surprisingly my husbands number still has that internet pack active and its not billed extra. When we contacted the Vodafone customer care, they said they can not help us in this issue, as they had some system refresh or maintenance which erased all datas of individuals. I am very depressed in this regard and I am not able to concentrate on my daily routines. I like to have justice against this and injustice of giving one promise statement in webpages and refusing to pay the amount for their mistakes. They sent us a Cancellation Letter dated: 24/02/2014 canceling the allotment and claiming interest for delay on non-payment of balance till 07/01/2014 of Rs.46,276.34 Finally as per their Cancellation Letters dated: 24/02/2014 the refundable amounts of Rs.39,37,931.06 and Rs.41,60,516.60 respectively are overdue for nearly 2 years. We are facing unnecessary tax, financial implications not to mention mental stress for not only the huge delays in project handover, but also the delays in refunding the amounts due to us after cancellation. Despite several calls, mail and personal visits to DLF Office requesting current status of refund neither they have communicated to us nor has any account statement for these apartments been given to us so far. In the absence of any response from them we are totally left at wits end on the state of this refund. We request CAI to get the refund full amounts due to us with due interest payable.

It has completely stopped working for the past one month. When I went to A.N. and Sons, they diverted me to visit Sony Authorised Service Centre and made a service complaint, Mr. Suseendran came and inspected the television. He said I had to replace my board and panel and I have to spend Rs. 27,000.00 I was shocked. Being a salaried person, I had bought the expensive Sony Television on hire purchase and paid monthly EMI. Sony being a global brand known for its quality product, I went for that expensive television. Further to my shock, Mr. Suseendran told me that I live near Coovum river and my board and panel has accumulated chemical deposits. This I find ridiculous. If such be the case, they should have informed me while I made the purchase. When they delivered the television, they should have told me about the likely accumulation of chemical deposits from the Coovum river. I request you to take my complaint and take suitable action to ensure I get legal relief.

Second time I purchased same device from snapdeal on 5th Nov 2014.Again I am having same issue in month of April. After that I submitted this device to Micromax service center on 10 April (jobsheet N030417-0415-16024099). After 2 month I got replaced device.I collected it in 1 st week of June. Now having same issue with replaced device from 10 september. This means I have same problem with 3 devices within a period of 10 months. This proves that micromax mmx219 w dongle is a faulty device. Receipt for Rs.10000 was given as Donation. They managed to get signature of my wife in some forms saying those were admission forms and thereby preventing her from reading. Visiting the patient was restricted to once in a month. Mobile phone was banned. We got a call from the inmate saying that their treatment was not satisfactory, so we decided to get him discharged on 5.11.15,but they refused to discharge him and demanded Rs.20,000 for next 2 months for discharging. My brother in- law is kept under illegal custody. We request CAI to take necessary Action

    Nature of ComplaintsRecently I took a personal loan from IndusInd Bank Cathedral Road Branch on May 2015 of Rs.3.50Lacs. At the time of applying, bank person assured to the ROI is 14 percent and foreclosure/Bank Transfer is 6 months. But the amount was sanctioned at rate of 17 Per cent interest. I did not agree to the ROI and immediately I requested to cancel the Loan. But the Bank persons forced me to accept the amount otherwise they will be in trouble finally. As per his mail confirmation after 3 or 6months ROI will be reconsidered. Due to my financial crisis the rate of interest is a big head ache. Now I am approaching for Bank Transfer or closure. They said Loan account is under lock-in period of 12 months Loan account cannot be closed before the lock-in period. At the time of signing Loan Agreement Schedule there was no lock-in period mentioned. Bank staff also is not responding and they are unnecessarily requested too many personal documents. My question is Personal Loan is an unsecured and non-guarantor Loan. Borrowers can BT/close the account as per their wish. I contacted CAI?s advise us how to BT/foreclose my PL Account

    Nature of ComplaintsI am using Tata Docomo Data Card since 2009. My plan is 6GB Rs 850. I am Paying every month bill of Rs 969. Now suddenly September bill has come with Rs 6481 for usage of 16GB. I have no capacity to pay the bill of Rs 6481. It is extremely high for me. The Data card provider should give intimation while crossing my limit or lock the card not to cross the limit. Because there is no option to see ones daily consumption. I am an ordinary customer and I want justice from putting me unnecessary burden by the data card provider. They are threatening me by SMS to impose the legal action. I. contacted Consumers Association of India to give me proper justice from this unnecessary harassmen. Now since October I stopped using the data card and already intimated them for canceling it.

    Nature of ComplaintsI purchased two bookshelves of Royal Oak,Bangalore on 10/10/15 for Rs 13000.00 each from Aaviskaar, Coimbatre belonging to Sree Daksha a leading property developer. Sold as MDF bookshelves when delivered only front frame is MDF, all other panels were particle boards & back panel is just 3mm cardboard and one side panel was smudged in loading and unloading. MDF is not even 10%. My job in SBI as Chief Manager is transferable. These flimsy bookshelves cannot bear strain of dismantling and reassembling. Cardboard is half nailed and still the nails have caused 5 cracks in particle board. The uppermost panel is flimsy and not even laminated. In short unusable bookshelves. Aavishkaar demanded 30600 per bookshelf for full MDF i.e., 235.38% of original price which is prohibitively costly. I have sought refund on day of delivery but they refused. Then I requested Consumers Association of India to please intervene and arrange for an early refund

    Nature of ComplaintsI am the dish TV customer and I have recharged for Rs.600 on 15th Dec 2015.After recharge my balance amount is Rs. 632.27.My previous pack name is JOY and monthly charge for the pack is Rs.99.00. During the last recharge on Dec15th the pack is not changed and after recharge i have received the SMS stating that, my monthly pack cost is Rs.99.00 and valid till 19th June 2015. On 23rd Dec I received one more SMS stating that, YOU ARE ON JOY PACK at Rs.99.00per month with 1 A-lacarte, your total monthly pack price is Rs.139.00 and next recharge date is 27th April 2015. That means as per the SMS Dated 23rd Dec 2015 my pack duration reduced 55 days. There is no request for pack change and channel request in the past 20 days. Hence I told them that I need reversal of my pack validity till 19th June 2015. This needs to happen tomorrow without fail. If it fails I am going to consumer court and I will claim for the compensation. Please treat this as an urgent case and resolve it. But no response from them and I contacted Consumers Association of India.

    Nature of ComplaintsWe rented a house in Kolathur. We came to this house on 16th July 2014 and gave an advance of Rs.70,000 and monthly rent of Rs.10,500 for one year agreement. We gave a prior notice in advance to the owner before two months as per the agreement and on the first week of May 2015, we vacated the house. Now after 7months they are yet to repay the advance. The reason they say is that they will give the advance once the other tenant occupy the place and they give another reason that there were termites in the house for which they have spent more money to treat the termites and hence they cannot repay the full amount. We request CAI to help us in getting the advance that we paid.

OD202161850305807200 I paid a sum of Rs. 32,999.00 (Rupees Thirty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) for this phone. On 19th October 2015, the phone was not switching ON, so I submitted it for in-warranty repairs at Lenovo Authorised Service Centre - HCL Faridabad (Sector 16, Faridabad). The service record number is : SRIN1221510190012 Today, 37 days have passed and I only hear that the service centre does not have the replacement parts. My phone is still in possession of the service centre and not yet repaired as of 25 Nov 2015. I expect a complete refund of my money Rs. 32999.00 that I had paid for this phone. Given their service network and ongoing issues, I am no longer willing to accept a repaired phone.

    Nature of ComplaintsI seek the following clarifications with regard to Consumer Protection Act. 1. Is there any legal provision to issue Notice by the State Commission to the Opposite Party before Admission of the Consumer Complaint? Or is it legally Admission of Complaint when the Notice to the Opposite Party to respond has been issued? In my humble opinion, the Opposite Party has no locus standi to oppose the Admission of the consumer complaint. The role of opposite party will begin after the complaint is admitted and Notice is issued to the opposite party to defend itself. Is this contention correct and as per the spirit of the Act? 2. In view of the recent SC judgment in New India Assurance vs Hilli Cold Storage it w as held that the time limit available to the Opposite Party to respond to Notice from the Consumer Commission is maximum forty five days. Beyond that the response of the respondent is not valid for submission and consideration. In case the next date is given after four months from the issue of Notice, will this law apply as far as submission of reply from the respondent is concerned? Purchase Date. Purchase Proof I shall ever remain grateful for clarifying legal position about these situations. I am hopeful that the Act shall always protect the interests of the consumer. I had called their customer care service several times but still its not get replaced. whenever i am calling ,their customer support says that somebody will call you tomorrow, day after tomorrow or the next week, but nobody has called me till now, even now also I am waiting for their call for a positive sudden response. This lap costs Rs 47000.00, and this money i have borrowed from a person. I am from a very poor family , so I am not able to afford for a new laptop .   • Complaint TitleMr. B.K.Sreedhar, Chennai vs SBI
    Nature of ComplaintsI availed housing loan from SBI, Kalpakkam in 2011. Along with the housing loan I also availed loan for a life insurance policy from SBI, Life Insurance. The premium for the insurance is automatically paid from this loan account by SBI, Kalpakkam to SBI, Life Insurance. This year the premium was not paid and I received intimation from SBI Life that my policy has lapsed. On receiving this intimation I immediately submitted a complaint (on June24, 2015) to the Branch Manager, SBI, Kalpakkam requesting for early resolution of the matter. As there was no tangible response from the branch, I then contacted the network nodal officer and principal nodal officer by email in accordance with the grievance redressal procedure outlined in SBI's website. However, I have not received even an acknowledgement from them in spite of repeated reminders. Now sixty days have elapsed since the issue was first raised and a recent email to the chairman (again as per the procedure in SBIs website) has, as expected, not elicited even an acknowledgement.

For this, I am paying an EMI of Rs.35,431.00 on 10th of every month. However, my salary is being credited to the account on 1st of every month. So, I find it difficult to maintain the amount in the account for 10 days. I am worried of maintaining the amount for so long time because of the frequent netbanking frauds reported in the city. Also, as the amount is too huge for me and I am scared of using my ATM card for the initial ten days, that is till you deduct the amount. If you could kindly deduct the amount on the 3rd of every month, it would be of great help to me. Or else, at least you could allow me to pay my EMI through NEFT -RTGS, I shall make the payment immediately after my salary is credited, on first of every month.. Frequent requests, complaints or calls to the officials concerned were not successful If you cannot help me in this regard, then I do not have any other option, but to change the loan to other banks. Sorry for being harsh, but I have suffered a lot from your officials.This was the message sent by me to the officials before a few months. However, repeated calls and mails and the bank's grievance forum were all waste. I would like the EMI date to be changed to 3rd of every month or at least 5th of every month.

We were shocked to note that by 3rd FEB, the DONGLE stopped working giving a message you have used your QUOTA. It was asking for TOP UP. I was not in TOWN and when I came back on 5th Feb, I tried and the same messages were coming. Then I spoke to the customer care on 1800 103 0405. She said," You need to TOP UP to make it active then I went in for Rs.750 plan change. Only then it resumed and after that I didn't have any problem, I received my BILL on pro-rata basis. I was shocked to see that it was showing Rs.6695 as amount payable. Hence, I went to the showroom on Feb 20th for clarification and I met the same person. They were also puzzled.

    Nature of ComplaintsMy 32inches Toshiba lcd tv (model 32PB21ZE) has not been rendering any display since Feb 1, 2016 and is covered under 3year warranty. I registered a service request with customer care on Feb 2 and got a sms confirmation with service request number SR2H0001993. A technician named Mohit from Ghaziabad service centre visited on Feb 6, changed the motherboard but the display still didn't come up. I was told that the LCD panel of the tv would have to be changed and procurement of that would take about another week. Since then(Feb 13) I have been following up with local service center in ghaziabad on a regular basis over phone (every other day) who for first 10 days kept telling me that panel would be replaced in coming 2 days. On 25th I was told that panel has still not been procured and would easily take more than another 10 days. I m really tried of following up with local service centre where I don't get any straight answers about the timeframe in which the issue would be resolved. Want my TV working.

My parcel was lost by DTDC and i came to know it after 10 days. they had not properly replied about consignment. i filled insurance claim on 14-10-2015 for Rs.4000.00 they confirmed me to give cheque within a month.... after following many times they are not giving cheque and giving many false commitments... one of guy said it was not insured... when i paid amount to insurance and i have receipt of the same. Kindly advise and do the needful to get atleast my insured amount.

The TV is under a three year guarantee up to Aug 2016 A few months back , I noticed green vertical lines on one side of the TV and promptly reported the matter to PANASONIC customer support; The service center people came and gave their opinion that TV Panel has to be replaced Subsequently , I received. a letter from PANASONIC that they will replace the TV with a new TV and they will adjust 50% of the original cost of my TV and I have to pay the balance amount; 50% deduction being the depreciation My contention is that , since the TV is under guarantee , PANASONIC cannot charge depreciation and they should reimburse me the entire cost since they are not able to repair the television; Inspite of my correspondence with the company, they are not able to solve my problem

It has a warranty period of one year but due to malfunctioning of this headset I had to return it to the company on 16-feb-2016. I have been in contact with the service provider Sonu Rawat since 29-Jan-2016, He accepted my faulty headset and promised a replacement by the end of February to start but the company keeps on neglecting it and keeps on extending the time in which they'll be returning it. My last contact with them was on 18-march-2016. I am looking for getting a replacement of my headset as soon as possible with extended warranty and apology from Lipap Systems Private Limited. Or they can refund my money and provide me with monetary compensation for the undue trouble it caused me. I kindly request CAI to intervene and help me in solving this problem

The required original documents are submitted to Driving School person Mr.Saravanan, but nothing happened as of now. Its almost 5 months over. So far we have not received any reply.

Till now totally i have waited for 26 days. please help me to get my refunds from amazon. this is my humble request. I want my refunds as soon as possible.

Airtel replied on phone itself saying their lineman will cut the wire at the backside of the flat in any deal. The instrument was our own and hence the company has not taken the instrument. Later the deposit amount Rs.3000 was not refunded. And hence I visited personally the Bharati Airtel company located at santhome on September 2015.The customer relation staff refused to help me saying that the money Rs.3000 is with the Accounts department and hence they would not give any help.

    Nature of ComplaintsMr. Ramesh of West Mambalam, Chennai received information that his parents suffered a major accident caused by leakage of gas from the regulator. Immediately we rushed to Vijaya Health Centre on 21.08.2015. They were admitted in ICU from 21.08.2015 to 22.08.2015. Vijaya hospital was unable to treat them so they referred to KMC Hospital and admitted them in Burns ward. They passed away due to this accident. In our absence people from Naveen Gas Agency, without our knowledge and consent came to my house immediately after the accident. I wish to claim a sum of 25 lakhs towards the monetary expenses incurred by us. We request you to treat this as an emergency matter and advise us the outcome of the claim.
