Air Asia – 0.5
Spicejet – 0.4
IndiGo – 0.4
Trujet – 0.4
Vistara – 0.2

Various reasons of passenger complaints are indicated below:

Customer Service – 32.6%
Baggage – 22.4%
Flight Problem – 23.9%
Staff behavior – 6.8%
Refund – 3.1%
Fare – 1.4%
Disability – 0.3%
Catering – 0.1%
Others – 9.5%
