Upon submitting your mobile number, you will receive an SMS with the link to download our mobile application, CAI Consumer Connect.

Click on the link received. The mobile application will get downloaded and installed onto your mobile phone automatically.

Depending on the model of your phone, the application will get installed in the Games folder or Applications folder.

If your phone is JAVA enabled but you DO NOT HAVE active GPRS connection:

Please click here to download the mobile application to your computer.
The downloaded application can then be transferred from your computer to your mobile phone

Either by using Bluetooth facility; or
By using an USB cable.
Depending on the model of your phone, the application will get installed in the Games folder or Applications folder.

What is GPRS?
General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is used mostly in Europe and Asia and is used most commonly for cell phones. GPRS keeps you connected to the internet and helps you overcome communication barriers. Use it wherever you go and wherever you want.

How to activate GPRS in my mobile phone?
If you already have a GPRS enabled mobile phone device but have not activated it yet then consult with your service provider and follow a few simple instructions to make use of this helpful feature.

How does the mobile application work?
Go to Games or Applications folder and open CAI CONSUMER CONNECT
Enter your name in the field marked as “Name”
After entering your name, select a relevant category (product or service)
Enter the name of the company against whom the complaint is being registered in the “complaint against” field.
Enter the nature of your complaint
Enter your valid email id in the email field so that we can reach you.
Select “submit” to complete the process
The filled in details will be sent as a text message to CAI.

How soon will CAI get back to me?
Upon submitting your complaint, you will receive an automated SMS acknowledgement from CAI on your phone. You will also receive an automated email from CAI asking for further information regarding the complaint like purchase date and proof of purchase. Once we receive the details, CAI’s legal team will then get back to you within a maximum of seven working days.
