Consumer Grievance Redressal Day – A first-of-its-kind event
CAI is organizing Consumer Grievance Redressal Day on September 18, 2016 at Mother Teresa Exhibition Hall between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Consumers will be invited to interact with you and your brand and express their concerns directly. The Hindu Group of Publications has graciously agreed to be Cause Partners and assist in communication to the masses through media reports and advertisements for the event.

Your opportunity to build goodwill
The well publicized event is expected to attract thousands of consumers providing you a wonderful opportunity to reassure consumers that their interest is paramount to you. You will generate enormous goodwill by demonstrating this care directly to consumers. You could also use the kiosks we provide to put up posters/banners and also display and promote your products.
Adequate number of tables will also be provided for you to directly interact with various customers and resolve consumer complaints/concerns. If need be, a CAI official will be available to mediate between you and consumers to provide on-the-spot solutions.

How to participate
The Registration fee is `20,000/- and includes the cost of a kiosk for participants to display posters and products. For more space, participants can take multiple kiosks by paying `20,000/- for each of them. Please download and fill in the Booking Form and mail it to us to confirm your participation.
